PROCESS AUTOMATION ANALYST (HOSPITAL OPERATIONS)
Overview
Nawaloka Hospitals PLC is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in gathering business requirements, analyzing workflows, and coordinating with users and technical teams to improve operational processes through technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from departments and stakeholders.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, interviews, and workshops with users.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement and automation.
- Prepare business process maps, workflow diagrams, BRDs, and functional specifications.
- Coordinate between operational users and development teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Support system enhancement projects, testing, UAT, and change management activities.
- Work closely with departments to understand operational challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure requirements are delivered accurately.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Experience in requirement gathering and business process mapping.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of SDLC and software implementation processes.
- Experience working with ERP or hospital systems will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with tools such as Visio, Draw.io, JIRA, Trello, or similar tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of healthcare/hospital workflows.
- Basic understanding of databases and reporting concepts.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
