ASSOCIATE – CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS NATIONAL OFFICE – PILIYANDALA

The Associate – Corporate Partnerships will contribute to the organisation’s financial sustainability by building and maintaining strong partnerships with leading corporate entities. The role also supports brand visibility and strategic positioning of SOS Children's Villages Sri Lanka within the corporate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and continuous update of the Corporate Fundraising Strategy in collaboration with the Manager – Corporate Partnerships.
  • Conduct market research, context analysis, and identify CSR opportunities and potential corporate donors.
  • Assist in developing the annual Corporate Fundraising business plan, budget, and fundraising products.
  • Support the preparation of corporate portfolios, proposals, presentations, and partnership packages.
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with corporate partners and donors.
  • Network with potential corporate partners and support brand positioning initiatives.
  • Monitor own performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Coordinate meetings and presentations with corporates on behalf of senior management.
  • Ensure full adherence to SOS safeguarding policies (CPP, Code of Conduct, PSHEA) and organisational procedures.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the Manager – Corporate Partnerships or Director – Fund Development & Communications.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree, Diploma, or professional qualification (full or part) in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in fundraising, marketing, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and fluency in the local language.
  • Strong computer literacy in MS Office and virtual communication platforms (MS Teams, Zoom, etc.)
  • Sound understanding of branding principles.
