VACANCY
SENIOR MERCHANDISER/MERCHANDISER- DEVELOPMENT
LOCATION: CORPORATE OFFICE- WATTALA
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle the full sample development process from receipt of tech packs to sample dispatch.
- Interpret buyer specifications and coordinate with pattern makers, technical teams, and sample room staff to ensure correct execution.
- Follow up on fabric and trim sourcing required for development.
- Maintain effective communication with buyers regarding sample status, queries, and approvals.
- Ensure timely development and dispatch of samples according to buyer timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of sample comments, revisions, and approvals.
- Support the transition from sampling to production by handing over all necessary approvals and documents.
INDIVIDUAL PROFILE
- Qualification in Marketing / Merchandising and having experience in trim procurement would be an added advantage.
- 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity.
- Age below 40 years.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills & work in a team-based environment.
- Ability to lead and make rational decision in a fast-paced environment.
