ASSISTANT MANAGER – HR

Key Responsibilities

  • HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Maintain employee records and HR compliance matters
  • Support management in achieving organizational goals

Requirements

  • Degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and HR practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

HR EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day HR and administrative activities
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave, and HR documentation
  • Coordinate staff welfare and employee engagement activities
  • Support payroll and HR reporting functions

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in HR or administration
  • Good computer literacy and communication skills
  • Energetic, organized, and team-oriented personality
