Executive - Talent Acquisition

Key Requirements
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Source, screen, and coordinate candidates effectively
- Manage bulk/mass recruitment requirements within defined timelines
- Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Support employee engagement and HR operational activities
- Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and HR documentation
Pre Requisites
- Degree or professional qualification in HRM or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Experience in high-volume recruitment is essential
- Experience in technical hiring will be an added advantage
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
