MULTI DUTY CLERK
We are looking for a responsible and detail oriented individual to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Data entry and updating information in the system
- Entering delivery letters and maintaining records
- Typing and entering courier AWB details in Easy Day system
- Maintaining filing systems for policies, claims, and other documents
- Monitoring debit note documents
- Filling up claim forms when necessary
- Entering letter details and organizing documentation
- Sorting incoming and outgoing mails/couriers
- Assisting with general administrative duties
Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Previous experience in administration will be an added advantage
