Front Office Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage check-in and checkout procedures
  • Handle reservations via phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms
  • Answer guest inquiries and address concerns courteously and efficiently
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
  • Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken English (Sinhala required; Tamil an advantage)
  • Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred
  • Confident personality with strong communication skills
