Job Summary

The Manager Human Resources will develop and execute robust HR strategies that directly support and reinforce EFC's overall direction and priorities. A key focus of the role will be to ensure that all staff are well-supported and aligned with organizational goals, while steering change management efforts that build resilience and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work closely with the Director General to understand organizational goals and translate them into practical HR strategies.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle to ensure the timely sourcing of qualified candidates, while managing and monitoring staff leave and attendance to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Implement and manage a structured Performance Management System (PMS) aligned with EFC's strategic objectives, ensuring consistent and fair evaluation of staff performance.
  • Conduct regular training needs assessments and coordinate the delivery of relevant learning and development initiatives to strengthen individual and organizational capability.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures across all key functions to promote a compliant, engaged, and high-performing workforce.
  • Maintain complete and accurate employee personal files, including contracts, leave records, performance documents, and other HR-related documentation.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from a recognized university, or an equivalent qualification in HRM. A minimum of 5 years of relevant and practical human resource management experience at Managerial level is required, with a demonstrated track record of managing HR functions effectively.

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience working in member-driven, service-oriented organizations.
