Technical Sales Engineer
nMcLarens Lubricants Limited is seeking a dynamic, technically competent, and results-oriented professional to join our industrial team as a Technical Sales Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the industrial lubricants sector while building strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities through technical expertise.
nKey Responsibilities

- Achieve assigned sales targets while sustaining existing business and driving volume growth. n
- Identify new industrial product requirements and promote suitable lubricant solutions to the market. n
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers and key stakeholders. n
- Proactively follow up on customer payments to minimize debtor risks. n
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline while preparing monthly sales reports. n
- Handle marketing activities, technical product inquiries, and customer complaints effectively. n
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and customer awareness sessions. n
- Support additional duties related to the role as assigned by management. n
Skills and Experience Required
n- n
- Mechanical/Automobile Engineering qualification such as BSc Engineering, B.Eng, HNDE, NDES, or NDT in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering. n
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role. n
- Strong technical sales and negotiation skills. n
- Customer service-oriented mindset with positive attitudes and strong interpersonal skills. n
- Proficiency in MS Office applications. n
- Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills. n
- Results-driven approach with the ability to work independently and achieve targets. n
