OFFICE ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in tender document collection, preparation, and submission processes
  • Coordinate on documentation related to bid bonds, and tender materials
  • Support logistics operations including shipment clearance documentation and goods handover coordination
  • Maintain accurate records of tender advertisements, submissions, and inventory
  • Manage sample stock records and ensure proper storage and availability
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the division

Requirements

  • Good track record of secondary education
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role preferred
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Basic communication skills in English
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
