SNR EXECUTIVE - CUSTOMER SERVICE / OPERATIONS

Duties and Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Pricing
  • Sending Quotation to Customers
  • Agent coordination upcoming shipments
  • Payment's Follow up
  • Following up from our existing customers FCL forms collection
  • Sending Status reports to customers
  • Sending Vessel tracking reports to customers

Operations

  • Handling Import and Export documentation and coordinating with shipping lines.
  • Maintaining proper records on all documents and dispatch to consignee on time.
  • Submitting E Manifest / SLPA to Sri Lanka Customs , Ports Authority
  • Handling Container Deposit Refunds.
  • Be on standby 24/7 to attend operations and handle emergency requirements.

Candidate Profile

  • Male candidates encourage to apply.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in similar industry.
  • Hands on Experience with Ms Office package.
  • Successful completion of GCE A/L Examination & Possess credit passes for English & Mathematics in GCE O/L Examination as the least qualification.
  • Previous experience in a similar capacity will be added advantage.
