We are looking for Assistant Sales Executive – Solar
Panasian Power PLC (PAP) is a leading supplier of clean, renewable energy to Sri Lanka's national energy grid. Established in 2002 with support from the Board of Investment, PAP operates three Mini-Hydro Power Plants with ground and rooftop solar plants to provide affordable, sustainable, and reliable energy to the country. With a vision of enhancing the power requirement of the region while preserving the environment, PAP is committed to a brighter, cleaner, and more sustainable future. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Assistant Sales Executive – Solar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential and commercial clients.
- Generate leads and follow up on potential customer inquiries.
- Conduct customer visits and support sales presentations.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely project completion.
- Update sales records and prepare basic reports.
- Support field promotional and awareness activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
- Good understanding of solar energy products and services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Sinhala, English, and Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Possession of a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Immediate availability and ability to join upon selection will be an added advantage.
