OPAL NEXUS specialises in providing commercial & technical services for Joinery, Interior Fit-Out & Civil Engineering companies worldwide.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development of high-quality 3D BIM models using Revit and CAD software.
- Manage and coordinate BIM models across multiple disciplines.
- Review and validate models to ensure compliance with project standards and BIM protocols.
- Mentor and guide junior BIM modelers and team members.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to resolve design issues.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or similar tools.
- Ensure timely delivery of accurate and detailed models and drawings.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in BIM modelling.
- Strong experience in BIM coordination and project management.
- Familiarity with Navisworks, BIM360, and common data environments (CDE).
- Experience with rendering tools such as Lumion, SketchUp, D5, or 3ds Max is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently.
