Responsibilities
- Respond to user inquiries and requests for technical assistance
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
- Monitor and manage helpdesk ticketing system
- Provide timely and effective support to internal and external users
- Document and track all issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with other IT team members to solve complex issues
Qualifications
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Helpdesk Engineer or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
