A leading security services company in Sri Lanka is seeking a dynamic and disciplined professional to join our team as an Operations Manager.
Requirements
- Retired / Resigned Commissioned Officer from the Sri Lankan Armed Forces
- Rank should be above Captain in Army or equal ranks from other services
- Proven leadership and operational management skills
- Experience in security operations, manpower handling, and client coordination will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and disciplinary standards
- Ability to manage field operations and supervise multiple deployment locations
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily security operations and deployment activities
- Manage visiting officers, supervisors, and security personnel
- Maintain client relationships and ensure service standards
- Conduct inspections, investigations, and operational planning
- Prepare operational reports and coordinate with management
