DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST
We’re hiring a builder. Someone who lives where creativity meets conversion.
Sri Lanka’s global mobility landscape is moving fast — and we’re moving faster. Visa Concierge isn’t your average visa services provider. We move corporates, founders, and senior professionals across borders with precision and discretion. Now we need a digital marketing professional who can do the same for our brand story.
This isn’t a post-and-pray role. It’s marketing as a growth engine — creative on one side, commercial on the other.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- Full-cycle digital marketing across Meta, Google, LinkedIn & emerging channels
- Paid media that delivers qualified leads, not just impressions
- Content engine: research, plan, produce & publish
- Video: shoot, edit & deliver promotional video for social — daily turnaround
- Visuals: Canva, DALL-E & any AI image tools that get it done quickly & beautifully
- Website & analytics: you’ll monitor, optimize UX and turn visits into inquiries
- CRM: maintain & leverage CRM intelligence as a growth lever, not just an admin task
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3+ years in full-cycle digital marketing with verifiable paid-ads experience across Meta, Google & LinkedIn
- Strong creative & copy skills
- Hands-on with Canva, DALL-E & similar AI image tools
- Proven ability to shoot & edit promotional video for social — daily turnaround capacity
- Solid command of Google Analytics & website performance management
- Experience using CRM tools for client acquisition, not just record-keeping

COMPENSATION
