nAudit Executive
nKey Duties & Responsibilities

- Conduct regular inventory verifications at warehouse, and retail outlets to ensure accuracy, stock integrity, and compliance with company policies. n
- Perform cash audits to verify daily collections, petty cash, and banking procedures. n
- Carry out inventory reconciliations between physical stock, system records, and financial reports, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions. n
- Develop, update, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key internal processes such as stock management, cash handling, sales reporting, and store operations. n
- Conduct internal audits across retail outlets to assess operational compliance, risk exposure, and process effectiveness. n
- Prepare audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and actionable recommendations for management. n
- Visit outstation outlets regularly to perform audits, inspections, and operational reviews. n
- Identify process gaps, fraud risks, and inefficiencies, and suggest improvements to strengthen internal controls. n
Key Qualifications & Requirements

- Part qualification of CA, CMA or full qualification of AAT. n
- Minimum 2 or 3 years of experience in a similar role. n
- Prior experience in the retail sector in similar capacity (at least one year) will be an added advantage. n
- Experience in SAP system will be an added advantage. n
- Good communication skill in both English & Sinhala. n
- Candidate should be result oriented with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision and maintain high standards. n
- A good team player. n
- A motorcycle and driving licence would be an added advantage. n
