INTERN – FINANCE

This internship position is designed for undergraduate students to support the finance team in managing and reconciling reinsurance-related records. The intern will work within the Reinsurance (RI) module and assist in various reconciliation and validation processes.
What you do
- Perform matching of records within the reinsurance PIN system to ensure data consistency.
- Cross-check and validate records appearing in the RI module against RI reports to confirm accuracy.
- Match RI module with general ledger entries and assist in reconciling discrepancies.
- Identify inward remittances related to RI and ensure they are correctly matched with GL records.
- Support the clearance and matching process of RI records within the reinsurance PIN system.
What you bring
- Degree or full or part professional qualification in Accountancy or Finance or any relevant qualification will be advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office packages.
- Use of advanced Excel and power queries would be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle data with high accuracy.
