Key Responsibilities
- Achieve agreed monthly sales targets.
- Develop and convert new spare parts dealers.
- Monitor the dealer network and evaluate dealer performance.
- Ensure timely recovery and collection of payments (cash or cheques) on due dates.
Requirements
- Fair knowledge of motorcycle spare parts and the automobile industry.
- Completion of G.C.E. O/L and A/L, with a recognized qualification in Marketing.
- 1-2 years of experience in field sales with a proven performance record.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Pleasant personality with a positive attitude, strong interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Young, energetic, and goal-driven individual with the ability to adapt to any situation.
- Age below 40 years / School leavers are encouraged to apply.
