Come join our team as an Executive- Digital Marketing

What you need to do

  • Plan, execute, and optimize social media strategies across assigned digital platforms.
  • Manage end-to-end social media operations, including content planning, publishing, community engagement, and performance marketing.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity across all digital channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and creative partners to develop impactful digital campaigns and content.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness.
  • Manage and optimize the brand's Google ecosystem, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, GTM, Search Console, and YouTube.
  • Support SEO, SEM, and website optimization initiatives to improve traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor website and campaign performance using analytics tools and provide insights to improve digital effectiveness.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives by coordinating with technology teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital trends, AI capabilities, and innovative technologies to enhance customer experience and business performance.

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, business management, communications, IT, or a related field, with professional digital marketing certifications being an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing, social media management, performance marketing or related areas.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, paid media tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, analytics tools, and omnichannel communication platforms such as WhatsApp, SMS, email, and push notifications.
  • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong planning and multitasking capabilities.
