QUANTITY SURVEYOR / COST MANAGER
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager to join our team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost management
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., PlanSwift, MS Excel, AutoCAD)
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
