RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and supervise nursing operations and ward administration.
- Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and infection control.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage nursing staff allocation effectively.
- Guide, train, and monitor nursing staff performance and discipline.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments to ensure smooth patient care.
- Maintain nursing records, compliance, and quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- Registered Nurse with valid professional nursing registration.
- Minimum 8-10 years of nursing experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a senior nursing leadership role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Good knowledge of patient safety, infection control, and hospital quality standards.
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing; additional management qualifications are an advantage.
