Sourcing & BOM Costing Executive
Your prime function will be
- The Sourcing & BOM Costing Executive is responsible to get the most competitive sources to procure material and quote towards customer with competitive price
- He/she has to liaise with all internal & external stake holders in the supply chain to achieve Supply Chain KPI's under operational excellence.
You will be responsible for
- Ensure to select most competitive source to procure materials in order to satisfy the customer request date & quantity.
- On time completion of BOM costing with accurate/effective information.
- Providing commercial benefits (Cost Saving against the demand, optimize logistic cost) in order to optimize the total supply chain cost.

- Support operational purchasers to find most competitive source in case of price deviation from BOM costing
- Liaising between external & internal stake holders to achieve the departmental KPI's
- Negotiate with suppliers and supplier development.
Qualifications needed for the role
- Diploma in Purchasing & Materials Management at ISMM or equal qualification.
- At least 2-3 years prior experience in similar capacity.
- Experience with ERP system, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- English language skills written and spoken.
- Excellent communication with Negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Proactive thinking & problem solving
- Good team player
