Senior Executive/Executive - Sea Export
Globactiv Logistics (Pvt) Ltd, A premier Global Freight Forwarder, is actively seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to fill the role of Senior Executive – Sea Export. This pivotal position is dedicated to driving our vision of delivering innovative and customer centric solutions in the competitive freight and logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end Sea Export operations and documentation.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, agents, and customers.
- Prepare and verify export documentation (BL, Invoices, Packing Lists, etc.).
- Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Sea Export operations.
- Familiarity with the system in GENSOFT is an added advantage.
- Must have experience in handling USA and Canada shipments.
- Good knowledge of export documentation and procedures.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
