Area Sales Managers (Male).

Job Role
- Maintaining and increasing sales of company’s products.
- Reaching the sales & collection targets and goals set for your area.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
- Servicing the needs of your existing customers.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole.
- Recruiting and training sales staff.
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
- Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself.
- Collecting customer feedback and competitors.
- Preparing the weekly & monthly reports and timely submit.
- Handling customer complaints positively.
- Giving the Sales forecast for future months within due dates.
- Controlling the credit sales in your region and maintain within given ratio.
- Maintaining the cost effective budgets.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
Requirements
- G.C.E O/L and G.C.E A/L results.
- Diploma/Degree or Professional Qualification in Marketing (CIM/SLIM) will be an added advantage.
- Age below 45 years.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar position and Ayurvedic product sales would be preferred
- Knowledge in MS Office.
- Good Communication skills in Tamil Language will be an added advantage.
- Teamwork & initiative skills.
