QUALITY ASSURANCE LABORATORY RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
We are a leading ceramic manufacturing company seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Quality Assurance & Laboratory Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing and supervising the laboratory team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Conducting quality inspections and laboratory testing to maintain product quality.
- Monitoring raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure consistency and compliance with ISO 9001:2015.
- Preparing laboratory reports and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Coordinating with production and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
- Implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory performance and quality standards.
- Training and guiding staff on quality assurance procedures and laboratory practices.
REQUIREMENT:
- B.Sc. degree in Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality assurance or laboratory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of quality control systems and laboratory procedures.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
- Age: 35 years or above.
