The ideal candidate should possess:
- Degree/ HND / Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a relevant qualification.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a preschool or early years (for teacher position).
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written).
- Good classroom management skills.
- IT literacy is a must (ability to use MS Office, email, and digital learning platforms)
- Passionate, patient, and nurturing personality.
- Ability to plan creative, play-based learning activities.
- Caring, energetic, and responsible personality.
- Passion for working with young children.
