ADMIN COORDINATOR
Tradie Assist is seeking a highly organized, proactive and responsible Admin Coordinator to join our growing team and support our daily business operations.
- LOCATION: Moratuwa
- GENDER: Female and Male both preferred
- AGE: 24 – 30 years
- FULL-TIME SHIFT: 6.00 AM – 3.00 PM
- PART-TIME: Weekend part-time opportunities are also available
JOB DESCRIPTION
Tradie Assist is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and responsible Admin Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily business operations, coordinating staff schedules, managing communication, maintaining records, and assisting with administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth business functioning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Roster and schedule staff
- Manage orders and inventory
- Coordinate with staff
- Communicate with clients
- Handle data management and reporting
- Update staff payments
- Assist with budget handling
- Complete other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Experience in scheduling, rostering, or coordinating roles preferred
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and database management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle issues calmly and efficiently
- Minimum HND in Business Administration, HR, or Business Management
- Ability to speak Hindi would be an advantage.
PART-TIME OPPORTUNITY
Part-time positions are also available for candidates who are interested in working during weekends.
