REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Knowledge of 5S and lean manufacturing principles is an added advantage.
- Diploma in Food Science or a related field is preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and coordinate production activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards in all production processes.
- Lead and manage a team to achieve production targets efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and continuous improvement practices.
- Maintain records of production, raw materials, and machine performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime.
