Senior Executive - Training and Development
Responsibilities
- Be involved in doing the training need analysis by identifying the learning gaps of operational staff by using the info provided by the divisional heads.
- Conducting training programmes and coordinating with other internal trainers to conduct trainings.
- Be responsible for executing the company's Finance Apprenticeship Program
- Will also be responsible for coordinating classroom trainings, deployments, experience sharing and mentoring sessions.
- Required to update the skill matrix when needed.
- Coordinate and work with the main Learning and Development Team for centre driven training programmes.
Qualifications
- A person that possesses a Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Has 3-5 years' experience in Training/Learning & Development
- Strong training delivery and facilitation skills
- Has a strong exposure to ISO standards (e.g., ISO 27001) and audit processes
- Experience with external training providers (CA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of learning/ employee deployment programs
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and training platforms
