Be involved in doing the training need analysis by identifying the learning gaps of operational staff by using the info provided by the divisional heads.
Conducting training programmes and coordinating with other internal trainers to conduct trainings.
Be responsible for executing the company's Finance Apprenticeship Program
Will also be responsible for coordinating classroom trainings, deployments, experience sharing and mentoring sessions.
Required to update the skill matrix when needed.
Coordinate and work with the main Learning and Development Team for centre driven training programmes.
Qualifications
A person that possesses a Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Has 3-5 years' experience in Training/Learning & Development
Strong training delivery and facilitation skills
Has a strong exposure to ISO standards (e.g., ISO 27001) and audit processes
Experience with external training providers (CA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.)
Strong knowledge of learning/ employee deployment programs
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office and training platforms
