Senior Executive - Training and Development

Responsibilities

  • Be involved in doing the training need analysis by identifying the learning gaps of operational staff by using the info provided by the divisional heads.
  • Conducting training programmes and coordinating with other internal trainers to conduct trainings.
  • Be responsible for executing the company's Finance Apprenticeship Program
  • Will also be responsible for coordinating classroom trainings, deployments, experience sharing and mentoring sessions.
  • Required to update the skill matrix when needed.
  • Coordinate and work with the main Learning and Development Team for centre driven training programmes.

Qualifications

  • A person that possesses a Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Has 3-5 years' experience in Training/Learning & Development
  • Strong training delivery and facilitation skills
  • Has a strong exposure to ISO standards (e.g., ISO 27001) and audit processes
  • Experience with external training providers (CA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of learning/ employee deployment programs
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and training platforms
