Technical Officers

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Monitor flooring applications to ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
- Carry out site measurements, progress tracking, inspections, and quality checks to maintain workmanship standards.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to support smooth execution and timely issue resolution.
- Monitor material usage and site productivity while supporting cost control and minimizing wastage.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, measurements, progress updates, and other required technical documentation.
- Support project planning, handovers, troubleshooting, and compliance with safety procedures and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or higher qualification in Civil Engineering (NVQ Level 5 or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in site supervision or technical operations.
- Sound technical knowledge of civil engineering and construction practices.
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical details accurately.
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work on-site and manage field-related responsibilities proactively.
