PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO DIRECTOR

Key Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education:
    GCE A/L passes or a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Secretarial Practices.
  • Experience:
    A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Confidential Secretary, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Language Skills:
    Excellent command of both English and Sinhala (written and spoken).
  • Technical Skills:
    High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Professionalism:
    Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Typical Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management:
    Scheduling appointments and meetings for directors and senior management.
  • Correspondence:
    Handling phone calls, emails, and visitor screening.
  • Documentation:
    Preparing reports, presentations, and taking minutes of meetings.
  • Logistics:
    Managing travel arrangements and hotel bookings.
