PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Coordinate schedules and ensure timely follow-ups on tasks and deadlines.
- Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and meeting notes when required.
- Assist with personal errands and day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Maintain organized filing systems and records.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
