PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Coordinate schedules and ensure timely follow-ups on tasks and deadlines.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and meeting notes when required.
  • Assist with personal errands and day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and records.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
