HR EXECUTIVE
Club Tex Mark (Pvt) Ltd is a clothing company that specializes in producing high-quality apparel products. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated HR Executive to join our team in Peliyagoda.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
- Align HR strategies with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- CQHRM / Bachelor’s degree in HR / CIHRM / DPHRM or related field.
- 2-4 Experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
- Knowledge of HR systems and labor law.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
