Manager - Inbound Operations
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end inbound tour operations from inquiry to completion
- Design and execute customized itineraries for international clients
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides, and other suppliers
- Supervise and support the operations team for efficient service delivery
- Manage client communication to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Monitor costs and ensure profitability of tours and packages
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with company service standards and quality benchmarks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in inbound tour operations or destination management
- Strong experience in itinerary planning and ground handling
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Good knowledge of supplier coordination, costing, and operations planning
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in English; additional languages will be an advantage
