MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN
Moratuwa/ Padukka
JOB PROFILE
- Planning and organizing work in clinical laboratory & ability to manage automated laboratory machines and equipment
- Performing clinical validation: checking abnormal results identified by automated analyzers and deciding if further tests are necessary
- Identifying the cause of poor analytical performance and resolving problems
- Providing correct information to customer requirements
- Attending customer needs and laboratory PR operations
- Handling of Consultants/GPs/patients complaints
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- B.Sc. Degree in Biological Science with Biochemistry as a subject from a recognized university or a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized university/ institute
- 02 - 03 years of experience as Trainee MLT or MLT in reputed Laboratory
- Having SLMC registration would be an advantage
