POSITION: SALES EXECUTIVE

JOB PROFILE:

    n
  • Drive the sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets in residential, commercial and industrial solar segments.
  • n
  • Understand customer needs and propose appropriate products/solutions.
  • n
  • Foster long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and industry stakeholder.
  • n
  • Improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies for efficiency.
  • n
  • Build detailed sales plans with clear quota breakdowns.
  • n
  • Closely aligned with customer needs to support upsell & cross-sell growth.
  • n

Candidate Profile:

n
    n
  • Partly qualification in Sales/Marketing.
  • n
  • More than 1 year of experience in sales & marketing in the solar or renewable energy industry.
  • n
  • Strong understanding of solar PV systems, net metering/off-grid systems, and EPC sales cycles.
  • n
  • Should be below 35 years of age.
  • n
  • Good communication skills in English and Sinhala, both oral and written.
  • n
  • Should be a strong Team Player who can deal with multiple stakeholders.
  • n
