ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER/ BRAND MANAGER

The Assistant Brand Manager / Brand Manager will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of brand and marketing initiatives while ensuring the brand maintains a strong market presence and delivers measurable business impact.

JOB ROLE

  • Support the development and execution of brand strategies and annual marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and on-ground platforms.
  • Assist in managing brand communication and messaging to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, and internal stakeholders for campaign execution.
  • Support partnership initiatives with hospitals, healthcare providers, and corporate partners to enhance brand reach.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, consumer insights, and market trends.
  • Support SEO/SEM and performance marketing initiatives to improve online visibility and user acquisition.
  • Assist in planning promotional campaigns, brand activations, and events to increase brand awareness.
  • Track and report key marketing KPIs and campaign performance metrics through regular performance reviews.
  • Participate in KPI setting, strategy discussions, and marketing performance meetings.
  • Support the development of marketing reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CIM/SLIM qualification (fully or partly qualified) will be an added advantage.
  • MBA or postgraduate qualification in Marketing / Business will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or communications.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance tracking and KPI management.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
