Business Development Executive / Assistant Manager

The Role

  • Manage relationships with existing clients and suppliers.
  • Create and develop new revenue channels through customer acquisition.
  • Execute promotional and marketing activities to achieve targets.
  • Support product activations and business expansion initiatives.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.

The Profile

  • BSc in Business Management or SLIM/CIM qualifications.
  • For Assistant Manager – Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate/business sales (IT solutions will be an added advantage).
  • For Executive – 1–2 years of experience in sales or marketing (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge in handling events, client presentations, and product activations.
  • Fluent in English and Sinhala (Tamil will be an added advantage).
  • Willingness to travel.
