Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize TikTok channels for all brands, including content planning, uploading, and performance optimization.
- Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns by identifying creators, managing communications, handling briefings, tracking content, and approvals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, prepare weekly reports, and recommend strategic improvements.
- Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Support community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Cover BTL activations and events by providing live updates and coordinating on-ground content creation.
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, Creative Team, and External Agencies.
- Handle additional digital operations, campaign coordination, and brand support tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends, content formats, and the creator ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and campaign performance reporting will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience in influencer coordination and creator management is a plus.
