We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly organized professional to join our team as an Administrative Assistant at our Sales & Distribution Arena in Kalutara.

The ideal candidate must possess an impeccable work ethic, the capacity to thrive in a high-pressure commercial environment, and the ability to operate independently while collaborating seamlessly within a cross-functional team to drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the meticulous maintenance, accuracy, and timely updating of all operational documentation, files, and administrative records.
  • Assist in optimizing daily logistics workflows, by effectively coordinating delivery schedules, transport routing, and related administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
  • Supervise and monitor the loading and unloading processes of delivery vehicles and freight containers, to ensure efficiency and safety compliance.
  • Conduct regular physical stock verifications and cyclic audits to maintain precise inventory tracking and reconcile database records with physical assets.
  • Facilitate daily facility operations and provide cross-functional support to ensure a seamless business workflow at the distribution hub.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Successful completion of the G.C.E. Advanced Level examination.
  • Possession of a Certificate-level qualification in Business
  • Management, Administration, Logistics, or an equivalent discipline from a recognized institution or university.
  • A minimum of two (02) years of proven experience handling administrative or operational functions, preferably within a distribution, warehouse, or logistics environment.
  • Strong computer literacy with advanced proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer literacy.
