POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Social Media & E-Commerce to strengthen the online presence of Sri Sharavi Beach Villas & Spa. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating engaging content with strong calls-to-action that drive traffic to our website, WhatsApp, and reservation channels, ultimately increasing direct bookings and conversions. The role will support social media management, digital marketing, content creation, and online sales initiatives to enhance brand visibility, guest engagement, and revenue growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow Sri Sharavi’s social media platform and online presence.
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns with strong booking-focused calls-to-action.
- Utilize social media and digital marketing strategies to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Coordinate photography, video shoots, and infographic collaborations.
- Maintain and update website and online booking/e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor online inquiries, reviews, and guest engagements to ensure timely responses.
- Track digital performance and provide monthly analytics and insights.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and partnerships to enhance visibility and revenue.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-4 years’ experience in social media, digital marketing, and content management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Understanding of AI tools, content optimization, and conversion-focused digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with online travel platforms (CRM) and distribution channels, and strategies to maximize visibility, engagement, and bookings.
- Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Passion for hospitality, branding, and guest experience.
