Role Overview:

The Sales Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities and increasing sales for Ankora through active prospecting, client meetings, software demonstrations, and continuous follow-up activities. The role manages the sales process from identifying potential customers through to securing conversions and achieving sales targets.

This is a field-oriented role and requires regular client visits, meetings, presentations, and networking activities. The role should not be limited to desk-based activities and requires active engagement with clients and prospects to drive business growth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, social media, cold calling, and market research.
  • Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients.
  • Conduct software demonstrations and presentations.
  • Follow up regularly with prospects and demo clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Ankora software and its features.
  • Maintain and update sales leads and opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Prepare and provide weekly and monthly sales updates to management.
  • Attend meetings, networking events, and business development activities as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or related fields preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and achieve sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business activities.
