- Good communication skills in English & Sinhala
- Basic knowledge of air ticketing and travel industry
- Knowledge of Galileo system will be an advantage
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
- Good computer literacy (Email, Excel, Word)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fast learning and multitasking skills
- Team player with positive attitude
- Good telephone etiquette
- Attention to detail and responsibility
- Social media handling knowledge will be an added advantage
- Previous travel agency experience an added advantage
- School leavers / freshers with passion for travel may also apply
