Job Description
We are a CIDA EM1 & C2 graded Company with opportunities available at our Head Office and construction sites in Outstations. We are currently seeking committed, energetic, and self-motivated individuals with a positive attitude to fill the following vacancies:
Site Locations – Colombo / Kandy / Jaffna / Kurunegala / Anuradhapura / Ella
Senior Civil Engineer / Project Manager
- BSc. Eng with 5-10 years of experience / NDT or HNDE or equivalent qualification with 10 years of experience
- Minimum 03 years of experience in Water Supply Projects will be an added advantage
Civil Engineer
- BSc. Eng with 02-03 years of experience / NDT or HNDE or equivalent qualification with 05 years of experience
- Minimum 02 years of experience in Water Supply Projects will be an added advantage
Assistant Civil Engineer
- NDT/HNDE/NDES or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute with 02-03 years of experience
- Minimum 01 year of experience in Water Supply Projects will be an added advantage
Senior Quantity Surveyor
- BSc. (QS) with 05-10 years of experience
- Minimum 03 years of experience in Water Supply Projects & Building Construction
- Experience in Preparation of Estimates, progress bills and all related documentation
- Preparing of Bidding proposals
- Good experience in both Pre & Post Contract activities
Quantity Surveyor
- NDT/HND/HNDE/NDES or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute with 02-03 years of experience
- Minimum 01 year of experience in Water Supply Projects & Building Construction will be an added advantage
- Experience in Preparation of Estimates, progress bills and all related documentation
- Preparing of Bidding proposals
- Good experience in both Pre & Post Contract activities
Trainee Quantity Surveyor
- NDT/HND/HNDE/NDES or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute with 02-03 years of experience
Draughtsman
- NCED / NCTD or Diploma in Draughtsmanship from a recognized institute, with 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD and technical drafting, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) drawings, with the ability to take accurate site measurements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in water supply / MEP-related projects will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of 3D modeling (e.g., AutoCAD 3D, Revit, or similar) will be an added advantage
Candidates should be capable of working under pressure and be willing to work long hours when required. Good communication and public relations skills are preferred.
