RECOVERY EXECUTIVE
An immediate vacancy exists for a dedicated, proactive, and result-oriented individual to join our team as a Recovery Executive.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with Sales Departments regarding Debt outstandings with ageing, customer collections, balances and recovery status of assigned respective Divisions' debts
- Conduct regular, effective follow-up with customers including customer visits to ensure timely recoveries based on pre planned weekly targets
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily and monthly collection reports against targets
- Provision of accurate updated debtors reports etc on required timelines to customers, banks, and other relevant parties as required
- Maintain complete debt recovery documentation and records
- Efficiently handle other debt recovery and finance-related responsibilities as/when assigned by Management
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities efficiently
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications, essentially Excel
- Previous experience in Debt Recovery. Finance is considered a definitive advantage
- Previous experience on customer relations will be an added advantage
