OXO Tech is a rapidly expanding software company that specializes in bespoke development, resource augmentation, and system integrations. With plans to expand our projects, we are currently seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the UI/UX team in designing wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final UI designs.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, BA, Marketing, and Web teams to deliver cohesive and user-centered design solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive interface designs.
- Assist in conducting user research and usability testing, and apply findings to iterate and improve designs.
- Help maintain and contribute to design guidelines, style guides, and design systems.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance design workflows, ideation, and productivity.
- Communicate design concepts clearly and professionally across technical and non-technical teams.
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude — taking initiative, asking the right questions, and delivering with responsibility.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- A portfolio (academic or personal) that demonstrates creativity, design thinking, and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency or working knowledge of Figma.
- Familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools: Jira and Microsoft Teams.
- Working knowledge or genuine curiosity in AI tools including Claude (Anthropic), Google Labs, and ChatGPT.
- A strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UI/UX fundamentals.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- A strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced team environment.
- A responsible, professional attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.
