Position:
Executive - Work Study
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing work steps to optimize efficiency and standardize operator timings
- Evaluating production constraints and balancing output across lines
- Identifying non-value-adding delays and reducing waste
- Monitor resource consumption, wastage, and rejects, and recommend improvements
- Evaluate worker performance and current practices for efficiency gains
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering, Physical Science or Post Graduate Qualification in Work study from a reputed university or a professional Institute.
- 2-3 years of experience in a productivity-focused work environment is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate findings effectively.
- Age below 30 years.
