We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager – Bike Sales to strengthen and expand our motorcycle sales network island-wide.

POSITION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – BIKE SALES

JOB PROFILE:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and dealer networks across the island
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for motorcycle sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and key customers
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
  • Plan and execute promotional and sales campaigns
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates
  • Travel island-wide to manage and support regional sales operations

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry
  • Strong knowledge of dealer management and market expansion strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the island and own vehicle required
  • Professional qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management will be an added advantage
